1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
Delgado is firmly committed to ensuring a safe environment for all users. Under no circumstances do we tolerate content that depicts, promotes, or relates to Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE).
Our safety standards for the Delgado app are designed to actively detect, prevent, and eliminate CSAE. We strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations concerning child protection.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Any depiction of Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE material).

Offering or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation.

Contact or conversations aimed at inappropriately contacting or exploiting minors (Grooming).

The publication of minors' personal data without parental consent.
In the event of a violation of these policies, the content will be immediately removed, the account will be suspended, and the relevant law enforcement authorities will be informed.
3. Moderation and Detection Processes
We employ a combination of human review and technology to identify CSAE content:
